Investment
Ati Evolution Foundation is dedicated to building a lasting endowment that will sustain the work of Chögyal Namkhai Norbu far into the future. In addition, it is committed to managing this endowment with awareness and consideration consistent with the profound teachings of its benefactor.
Ethical behaviour and social awareness are fundamental Buddhist principles. Constructing an investment strategy that is uniquely Buddhist in its ethical approach, while being compliant with generally accepted principles for responsible investing under United Nations-sanctioned PRI is an important goal of the Board.
Fundraising Strategy
Ati Evolution Foundation has experienced 10% organic growth through retained investment returns, while also covering all operating expenses & Grants. This is the slow path for Endowment growth, but the Endowment should still double in size within 10 years.
Our goal has been to firstly, provide the highest level of assurance on professional and conservative fiduciary management, as the Endowment only gains power to assist others through capital preservation and long-term investment return.
We began discreetly contacting donors that have the capacity to help build a legacy Endowment last year, and we hope that with each successful year we win their trust.
Donors can be confident that gifts into this perpetual trust will support the preservation of Chögyal Namkhai Norbu's legacy for many years to come.
