Mark Farrington has been a student of Chögyal Namkhai Norbu since 1991, working to help realise his vision on a number of projects around the world. With 30 years of experience in international finance and politics, Mark has the ideal professional background to oversee the Ati Evolution Foundation. Mark has a BSc International Finance from Oregon State University and MSc International Strategy and Diplomacy from London School of Economics and Political Science. He currently works and lives in London, after 17 years in Tokyo, Singapore and Sydney, and is an experienced fund manager.

Leonardo Isacchi holds a BA in Russian Studies from University College London. He has worked extensively in the corporate intelligence, investigations and compliance industries and currently works as a digital investigator for a technology company. Leonardo studied Yantra Yoga under the guidance of Chögyal Namkhai Norbu and has collaborated in support of his organisations for over 10 years. He lives and works in Italy with his family.

Dr Jamyang Oliphant of Rossie studied Tibetan religions, language and culture at the University of Oxford. His doctoral dissertation examined rejuvenating Tibetan medical practices. He has lived and travelled in Asia since his youth and leads tours to religious sites in a number of countries there. He is passionate about Tibetan culture and continues to research, lecture and publish on different aspects of Himalayan religion, medicine and history. He is a third generation student of Chögyal Namkhai Norbu and co-editor of Sharro: Festschift for Chögyal Namkhai Norbu.
